Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Assistant to join our team in Lubbock. This role involves building, testing, packing, and repairing submersible turbines and motors. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for operating a forklift and supporting warehouse and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and assemble submersible turbines and motors according to specifications.
• Test equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Pack finished products securely for shipment.
• Repair and refurbish submersible turbines and motors as needed.
• Operate forklift to move materials and products within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
• Deliver products to customer locations whenever the need arises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical assembly or repair work preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
