    Job Summary

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our operations in Lubbock. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth office and manufacturing support functions. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our team in delivering high-quality water pump solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations of the office and support manufacturing floor needs.
    • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems in compliance with company policies.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
    • Assist HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
    • Support finance with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget planning.
    • Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for management.
    • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office and facility needs.
    • Implement and monitor office policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
    • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely execution of their sale orders by working closely with the invoicing and logistics teams.
    • All other activities related to the above tasks.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, ZOHO CRM.).
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and documentation practices is a plus.
