The goals of South Plains Community Action has remained consistent for over 40 years in providing better focus of available resources and supporting the needs of low income disadvantaged individuals through the CSBG Program, WorkForce & Child Care Programs, Head Start, WIC, Family Planning, SPARTAN Transportation and Housing Programs.
