MCH Family Outreach is a non-profit agency that supports children, youth and families in the community. We have the children's home in Waco, Tx. and 14 outreach offices throughout Texas and New Mexico. We offer case management and parent education. Some offices also offer counseling and foster care, however, the Lubbock office only has prevention services.
