About Us
Lubbock Economic Development Alliance, Inc. (LEDA) is the 501C-4 Corporation created by the Lubbock City Council to take the lead in economic development for the City of Lubbock. The corporation is funded by the approximately $4.0 million annual economic development portion of the sales tax and is led by a seven-member Board appointed by the City Council.
