About Us
Hospice is not a place but a philosophy of care for the terminally ill that allows patients to die in peace and comfort at home with loved ones close by. We offer a special kind of care designed to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice care is provided in the home, nursing home, foster care home or assisted living facility. Additionally, we work with local and regional hospitals for patients who may not wish to remain at home, or for crisis intervention. We are the region's only non-profit adult & pediatric hospice.

View Personal BioJeremy BrownI am husband to Beth and Dad to Eleanor Scout and Josiah Luke. I have called Lubbock my home for a total of 14 years. I first moved here in 1995 to attend Texas Tech University. After completing my degree and then working in the community for 2 years, I moved to Houston to complete medical school and residency. I was recruited by Covenant Health during my residency to return to Lubbock to be a Primary Care Physician. Through a series of events, I returned to Lubbock in July 2009 and began work as a hospitalist. Even then, I knew my calling and passion was to take care of patients at the end of their life. I was given that opportunity in 2010 when I became the Medical Director for Hospice of Lubbock. In my free time, I enjoy playing bridge, working out, being active at church and spending time with my family.Tell a Friend
