About Us
Direct Health Care, Inc. is a locally owned home health and hospice agency that provides skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and home health aid services through Medicare, Medicaid and Private Pay in the patient's home. We also provide personal assistance services through Medicaid waiver programs and private pay.
