Fleet Sales Representative

The Fleet Sales Representative is an entry level position responsible for achieving sales goals within the Lubbock and Lamesa market area. Key responsibilities include identifying and targeting new commercial account Guests, developing market strategies, engaging in community events and selling Toot’n Totum’s suite of services including fuel and commercial power washing. This role is key in managing and maintaining partnership with fleet partners, Guests and vendor relationships

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Achieve sales goals on the proprietary fleet program.
- Execute strategic outreach within the market area to generate leads and grow the fleet client base.
- Facilitate meetings with new prospects and present the programs in a professional manner.
- Leverage market knowledge to identify opportunities and expand fleet program presence throughout the territory.
- Follow up and assist Guests on the fleet program once activated.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to ensure fleet program structure is always competitive.
- Promote and sell fleet and Toot’n Totum Cleaning Pro services.
- Attend local and regional network events to develop new businesses and promote Toot’n Totum’s suite of products and services.
- Work closely with the Fleet Sales Manager to resolve all Guest complaints.
- Work closely with other division managers to ensure commercial accounts are handled appropriately.
- Support and facilitate organizational changes, continuous improvement and communication.

- Ability to drive within the market area; familiarity with Lubbock and Lamesa area and relationships with business leaders within the market area; sufficiently mobile with flexible travel requirements.
Education & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
- A diverse and detailed sales background is required.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk/hear, push/pull, twist/reach, carry, grasp with hands, drive and use keyboard.
- Lifting Requirements: Lift/pull up to 25lbs on occasion.
- Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, communication equipment, and verbal instructions.
- Cognitive Requirements: Complex reading, writing and math skills. Complex speech skills: must be able to speak, read, write & understand the English language, clerical tasks, memorization, analytical skills, function under stress & make independent decisions.
- Vision Requirements: General vision requirements in addition to close vision (<20 inches).
- Noise Levels: Normal (<85dB) noise levels.
- Repetitive Motion(s): Regularly & repetitively use both feet and both hands.
