    Lubbock Gastroenterology is a private specialty clinic in Lubbock, TX that is growing. We are functional GI clinic, and our goal is to provide more than just medications to our patients. .
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our provider and Practice Administrator. This role demands a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the executives' schedules, preparing important documents, and ensuring efficient operation within the executive office.
    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of Practice Administrator and Provider, ensuring optimal use of their time.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
    • Facilitate communication by managing incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, and ensuring timely responses.
    • Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to critical information.
    • Plan and oversee logistics for meetings, including scheduling, venue selection, and technology setup.
    • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
    • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
    • Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the executive team.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in an executive administrative role or similar position, demonstrating a track record of supporting senior-level executives.
    • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
    • Adaptability and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives.
    Education and Experience:
    • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
    • At least one year of experience in an administrative role, directly supporting upper management.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 20-30 per week
