You are invited to join The Powell Group of Keller Williams Realty Commercial Division for a ribbon cutting to announce the opening of the new Stadium Plaza located at 216 University. The plaza is a new 5,000 square foot retail center that was built by clients of The Powell Group. This center replaces the old yellow building that was once a smoke shop. This retail center was built with 4 suites to offer retail opportunity close to the college and Jones Stadium. The Powell Group and developers of this retail development are excited to offer tours of this center to show the beautiful improvement to the city of Lubbock and its residents, students, and community.
