Robert Giovannetti was named the Senior Associate Athletics Director for external operations and strategic communications for Texas Tech in 2015. As a part of his responsibilities he has direct oversight over all of the department's external units; including, athletics communications, sports broadcasting, promotions and fan engagement, ticket sales and ticket operations.
