Yes. Laughter Yoga is a real thing and not only is it a real thing, but this physical exercise has been found to benefit the body by reducing blood pressure; bringing more oxygen to the brain and lungs, and helping to strengthen our natural immune functions. Join other OLLI members as we laugh our way to better health!
