START YOUR OWN BUSINESS workshop 4 part series presented by East Lubbock Promise Neighborhood . To be held at the Patterson Library, 1836 Parkway Drive, Lubbock. Learn the basic steps to starting your own business. This is presented as a 4 part series to be held on Feb. 21, 23, 28, & March 2 from 6-9pm.
