Chase Away Child Abuse 5k and Family Fun Run

Description

We are hosting a 5k and family fun run on our beautiful campus. This is a family event, so we hope you will bring out the whole family. We will have brisket burritos, baked goods, inflatables, and face painting. There will also be a yard sale ran by our house parents to raise money for their cottage summer vacation. Registration for the 5k is $30, and you will receive a t-shirt and water bottle. We will also have a 1k walk that is free to participate in. We will open registration at 8:30 and the 5k will start at 10. The race is being held on National Love Our Children Day in conjunction with Child Abuse Awareness Month. The proceeds of this race will go to promoting wellness on our campus.
