The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce will host a Chamber University seminar on “Customer Service” on Wed., April 1, from 8-11:30 a.m. at The Legacy Event Center.
The seminar will feature speakers from United Supermarkets and Chick-fil-A as they discuss the components of great customer service. This is a continuation of the widely popular seminar presented in 2013 and 2014 with new content for 2015. Presenters include: Phil Pirkle, Executive Vice President of Talent Management for United Supermarkets and Brandon Mulkey, Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A.
Chamber University will also award certificates for Continuing Education Units for those interested. This seminar will award .3 hours of 1 CEU (3 out of 10 hours). Those wishing to sign up for a CEU credit, please call the Chamber of Commerce.

The cost of the seminar is $70. Chamber members get a discounted price of $60. Group pricing is also available by calling the Chamber. Breakfast will be provided.
