Hear from United Supermarkets and Chick-fil-A as they discuss the components of developing and maintaining great customer service. This is a continuation of the widely popular seminar presented in 2013 with new content for 2014. Presentors include Phil Pirkle, Executive Vice President of Talent Management for United Supermarkets and Brandon Mulkey, Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A.
Phil Pirkle will present “Coaching the High Performance Service Team”. Brandon Mulkey and Rob Bailey will discuss “Be REMARKable” - to be remarkable, we must think differently, and often the reverse of our competitors. There will be a Question & Answer period at the end of the seminar.
Chamber University is presented by Covenant Health, and sponsored by American National Bank, United Supermarkets and Workforce Solutions South Plains.
