Diabetes is a chronic health condition that affects how your body turns food into energy. When you have Diabetes, your body doesn't make enough insulin or isn't able use the insulin as it should! Come join us the first Tuesday of every month for a free Diabetic screening and education on how YOU can reduce your risk of developing Diabetes! Date: 9/7/21, every 1st Tuesday of each month
