About Ray Young:
Ray has a Leadership Development Company that provides keynote speaking, executive leadership coaching, training and behavioral analysis. Ray is part of the John Maxwell Leadership team. Ray also has many business interests. He is a partner in Splash Bros Xpress Car Wash in Wolfforth, CEO of Living WTR Operations and a real estate investor.
For over 35 years Ray has been blessed to work with groups and individuals all over the world, including Mexico, Belize, Honduras, South Africa, Bolivia, Russia, Singapore, Thailand and all over the United States. Ray brings a unique combination of entrepreneurship; leadership development and systems evaluation and development together to offer unparalleled services to his clients. Ray specializes in Leadership Development, Team Building and Personal Development. Ray is a proud member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team.
Ray and Sonya have been married 37 years. They have two daughters. Katelynn is a Physical Therapy Assistant in Lubbock. Raegan and her husband Christian are business owners in Lubbock. Ray has two grandchildren. Greyson is three years old and Amaya is one year old.
Ray graduated from Sunset School of Preaching in 1991 and received a Bachelor and Master’s Degree from Lubbock Christian in 1994 and 2002 respectively. Ray has been speaking and coaching for 35 years. Ray has owned and operated businesses in the auto, cell phones, construction and real estate sectors. He has worked with churches in Colleyville, Plains, Denver City and Seminole, Texas and Carlsbad, New Mexico. Ray was an instructor at Sunset International Bible Institute for 14 years and at Lubbock Christian University for 3 years.
Ray is an avid runner and loves to be outdoors – running, Jeeping, riding four wheelers and hiking.
