The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring the first ever Diversity Summit to the Lubbock community on March 6, 2018. The Chamber will bring together local experts to discuss diversity in the workplace to create a culture of intentional inclusion. The summit will have multiple panels discussing the importance of diversity in the workplace and how those differences can create a sense of belonging to make a company a great place to work and do business.Breakout Sessions:

Meet the keynote speaker, Gail Evans
Gail Evans is the best selling author of Play Like A Man Win Like A Woman, an informative business guide to the secrets men know about success that women need to learn. Play Like A Man, Win Like A Woman has been translated into 18 languages and has been a bestseller around the world. Women have long struggled to find parity in the workplace. In trying to play by the "boy's rules" they've missed something important: women must play on the same team.
